Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after payment confirmation and depending on order volume, demand, and product availability.

The estimated delivery time is 6 –14 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, along with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add, remove, or modify items or change the shipping address associated with the order.

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect delivery address is entered when placing an order, MIVORVA is not responsible for the shipment and cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

If you notice that you entered the wrong address, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MIVORVA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

In the event of a stolen package, we can provide available order and shipping information to assist you with filing a report with the appropriate authorities.
